Good site for other Countries Gun Laws?

It's always in the back of my mind, which other countries allow citizens to buy and shoot handguns and rifles.We all know about England and Austrailia, but I wonder what kinds of guns I could buy as a Canadian, and though Sprinfield Armory has dealers in Finland, are they for the general public, or just the police? Can Russians own any type of gun nowadays, etc...Any good sites to research what other countries an average citizen can own and shoot firearms?[This message has been edited by ED P (edited 10-27-2001).]
