New Factory Mags?

Just wanted to know your opinion on what you consider to be NEW FACTORY 10rd mags.Would you consider a 5rd mag that has had its limiting pin drilled or punched out, the holes sloppily rewelded, repainted, and shipped in a 5rd labeled pouch to be a NEW FACTORY 10rd mag?I need your opinions. Thanks.

  NO - Need I say more !If someone send you a magazine as you described it above, I would return it. The magazine may be "new", but it was altered from it's orignial configuration (limited to 5 rd.) and the seller should have stated that fact.

  Factory = from factory....not from some guys mag mutilator factory.
