Welcome to the forum!!!!!The double 9's were always a somewhat strange mixture of "western-style" and double action in 22 caliber. However, I have always wanted to run upon the "Natchez" in really good condition. With the "bird's-head" grip in "ivory" it would look like Doc Holliday's double action Colt. They never were expensive - now in the condition you describe, if you tried to trade one off at a gun show, you might be able to get $50 - 75.The grips by the way are "simulated" stag not REAL stag as were the ivory and ebony grips.
