Ejector head on 1874 made saa

I have an 1874 made saa,ser.# 10,4xx,5.5 inch bbl.,nickel finish,civilian model.Did all saa colts come with the "bullseye" ejector heads up until a certain date,or could a civilian model have had an oblong shaped head?Thanks for your time.

  Should be the bullseye type.

  I couldn't find anything in the Flayderman Guide regarding this. I have had only one old SAA, it was a US marked, year of manufacture 1882 and it did have the bullseye type of ejector rod head.
