mag44 ?

Hey Mag,sounds as if you may have bagged a few deer with your 44. I shoot 180 gn.;can't control the 240 gn.so well.I have yet to bag a Buck with it;but most articles I read say I should be using a 240 gn. bullet.What do ya'll think ?

  I've taken close to a dozen deer with the 240 grain Hornaday XTP's. I'm of the belief one should use enough gun and enough bullet to get the job done.

  I shot a buck with the 180 grain, hollowpoint, no problem there. The 180 kicks more though, because, it has more velocity, but has a flatter trajectory.
