Am I Blind? MAS 36 not on C&R List???

Am I just blind and can't see the listing in front of my face, or is the French MAS 36 bolt action not on the C&R list???????? Hoping I'm just blind . . .

  Not blind just misguided. 2rd listing on page 12 says "All original miliatry bolt action and semi-automatic rifles mfd. between 1899 to 1946.
