Scope mount for Marlin 336?

I remeber a while back seeing a scope mount for Winchester 94's that mounted to the side of the reciever and you could still use the open sights, kinda like the way PSO-1 optics are, but it screwed on. Do they make the same thing for the Marlin 336?

  Marlin 336's are drilled/tapped on top. Side ejection, so no reason for an offset mount.
