Heavy Trigger

I want to have something done to my heavy trigger Redhawk.I have been told they are difficult to do without having mis-fires. I tried a spring kit, but then developed mis-fires.Who would be dependable to lighten that trigger?Are those Gunsmith's at Gander Mntn. Store of Warren Ohio capable of this.
