M11/9 10" Barrel Velocity

Anyone have any idea what a 10" barrel on a 9mm (9X19) will do to velocity? I've heard the carbine length barrels actually reduce velocity from drag (powder burns up before the bullet reaches the end of the barrel). What about the 10" barrel?
