.22 COLT WOODSMAN

I have a .22 colt woodsman that was given to me by my father. It was made in 1957 and is still in working condition. The safety is not working but i'm having it repaired. I was wondering if someone knew how much it was worth. The serial number is #180662-s.The gunsmith that is repairing it said there is some discoloring from the case it was in but other than that he has fixed the safety and it work fine. The discoloring is only on one side on the barrel.[This message has been edited by M&M (edited 09-28-2001).]

  Need serial number to determine which series.Condition rules.

  My dad has one. I have seen them at guns shows for $400-$450. These were in good condition.

  The serial number is 180662-s. The gunsmith that is repairing the safety will be able to repair it. He said there is some discoloring on one side of the barrel from the case it was in. other than the discoloring he said it is good condition. Could the discoloring be repaired as well??
