  I don't have the serialiization list but it exists somewhere. There were 831,737 produced from 1909 to 1936. If yours was made after 1921 it should have a two letter date code on the barrel. My 12C was made in 1925 and the serial numbers for that year were 636023 to 658142.

  bbq, if you a Blue Book of Gun values look in the back, Remington has a serial code there.

  Yep, I looked in the B.B. and thought that maybe the "RW" in the serial number somehow told the date. I am not familiar with Remington stuff. Is it R for November and W for 1928???Nope, I see no darn letter on the barrel. The serial number was on the bottom of the receiver.Thanks guys.
