Handloads for 45 LC Ruger

I have a 6" Vaquero in 45 Colt and am looking for handloads using 200 and 250 hard cast bullets. I have some IMR PB and some H odgen Clays I wanted to try. I also have a little H4227. Does anyone have any good loads I can try?
