I have only seen one, the price was a little too high for my taste. The quality is there, very well built rifle. I have heard they are no longer in production, bought out by someone (probably Century Arms). Most of these are selling in the $900+ range, since it is a clone I wouldn't pay more than $700 bucks for one. Mike 0 -

owner at sw is a scumbag..i bought 2 cetme's rather than deal with that ass 0 -
I don't know the price or quality of that rifle, but I bought a Cetme for $489. The Cetme is the original. All others, Hk G3,etc. are clones. Obviously, it is my favorite. I haven't looked lately but I hear the prices are coming down. It would probably be your best buy. Very good quality from Federal Arms.[This message has been edited by oneshy (edited 09-20-2001).] 0 -
OneshyYou bought a Cetme for $489 ??? You must be speaking of the American made Cetme Clone ... A "Real" Cetme still runs in the $2500 - $3000 range, and all are pre-ban, importation was stopped in 1968. These "New" Cetme's are just parts guns like all the other clones ... but you are right in that for the most part (if not all) are of higher quality than most of the other clones out there.

Kimberkid, You may be right. The Federal Arms catalog I ordered from said these were just now being imported with all new parts from Spain and that they were collector's quality. I had never heard of the rifle before seeing that ad. They don't elaborate on where the parts came from. You see I just learned something. Exactly why I come to this sight. Thanks 0
