Do not know about the quality of the barrel being better than a Coyote model, but they have a faster twist to handle heavier bullets, or so I understand. A friend of mine got one for shooting prairie dogs and it would not group light bullets well. Prefered 60 grains or more. He traded it for a Coyote and seems happy with it.

Don't know about the coyote, but the stealth has an HS precision stock which has a full length, aluminum bedding block running through it. I have found these to be superb stocks. If the coyote doesn't have one of these stocks????? then that alone would help me make my decision.

    I'm a man,....but I can change,.....If I have to,......I guess.

ok thanks i wasnt sure if they has an HS stock, i knew they were full length aluminum,i dont have anything with an HS stock but have heard a lot of good things about them, i do know that they are made in Rapid City,SD
the coyote has a laminated wood stock which is not all bad either.

25-06 i went to the winchester site according to their specs the coyote and the stealth have the same twists as the coyotes in each given cal.
what i wanted to do is get one in 243win and then have it chambered to 243 ackley imp which would be a very nice coyote rifle.imho
I have an older mod70 with heavy varmint bbl that i was thinking about rebarreling to 243 ackley but now i think i want to leave that rifle the way it is..oh the choices [:)]
