Valor Scope

Would like to have opinions on a Valor 3x-9x/32mm scope(made in Japan) that I bought used 30 years ago.Is it good enough quality to mount on my .270 Win.?

I am confused at times.We park on driveways anddrive on parkways.

  Valor was a private label. Good optics in it's time.
  If not damaged, and doesn't leak water, use it.

  I don't know much about that scope but all my experiences with japanese optics has been good.
