powerfull .22 shorts?

Any opinions on the most bang,powerfull,fastest in .22 short ammo?

  Factory ammo of any type, have become pretty much standardized. This means the ballistics of one is pretty much the same as the next. The .22 short is a tiny round, with matching ballistics. Your choices are few, match ammo, general purpose, and IF still available CCI mini-mags. The CCI ammo was somewhat hotter than the others, but they were still .22 shorts. Ballistics of any of these arent great, don't expect much beyond 25 yards.

  Got it...just wondering if someone knew something with a little more poop than others. I saw the fps charts of the most common mfgs and the cci's seem to win at 1164fps.
  Thanks and if ya hear anything wired for 220 let me know.

  The last I read is cci makes a solid (29gr 1132fps) and a hp (27gr 1164fps), but at 4.95 for one hundred. I plink with the Remington solid (29gr) hi-velocity, their under 2.00 at wal-mart. The Remingtons are rated hi-vel but according to their box they go aprox 1095fps at the muz.
