Model '97 Age/Value?

I was given a '97 this morning. It was an old relative's. I know a little about the gun but am trying to determine the age of this shotgun and a ballpark of its value.

Serial #890151

There are a series of Patent dates on the barrel the last of which is July 5, 1910. The gun was hunted with and has some wear but the bluing is excellent and overall condition is 95%. I appreciate any info.

  My Blue book is a couple of years old (2001), it shows 1941 as the year of manufacture and $475 @ 95% (add 30% for 16ga)

  The latest (23rd Edition) Blue Book shows a standard '97 in 95% worth $575. Add 25% for 16 ga.

  Winchester Model 1897, # 890151 was Produced in 1942...
  Production for 1942 began at 877052 and ended the production run for 1942 at 905934...In Very Good Condition $550.00....Best....

  Thanks Men! Very much appreciated. The gun's value isn't very important as it won't ever be sold.. But it's good to know if how much $ is hanging there in the open if it's hung on the wall with some old hunting memorabelia.
