? regarding gun trade
If you trade guns with someone in another state, do you have to ship to ffl if no $ is exchanged? Also, if anyone had traded guns before, how do you do it? Does one person ship the gun out and then the other ships his out when he receives it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

To be legal you must ship to an ffl as must the other fellow. The receiving ffl's may or may not require the rifle to be shipped by an ffl. The law does not require that, but some ffl's do. 0
