Need info on G3 by Century Arms

I'm considering buying a H&K G3 produced by Century Arms. I wanted to know if the weapon produced by Century is reliable and in good shape? Is there a difference between the Cetme and G3 other than wook stocks? I was going to primarily use it for deer and boar hunting. I have a M1 Garand made by Springfield Armory that I'm currently using. I would like to stop using it while it is still in good shape.

  The G-3 and Cetme will differ as to their rear sight and which direction the safety swivels to go on fire. Century is using the same basic receiver for both. The latest version of the Cetme with the stamped receiver, doesn't have the positioning block on top of the receiver to have a scope mount added. The cast stainless receivers had the block, but the stamped ones don't. So if you plan to scopt the gun, that may be a factor. Magazines are readily available and at a fraction of the price that they have been anytime in the last 15 years. Reliability between the two should be similar. Both use surplus and new parts combined.
