Remmington Triggers Part 2

I,v been following the thread re: rem. adjust. triggers. And it brings to mind a question, can the triggers on the rem 788 be adjusted like the one on rem.700. They are all very good (4) but each has a little different feel. They have had lots and lots of rounds fired with them but it would be nice to get them all to break at the same weight.Thanks.

  The 788 triggers are not adjustable like the 700's. You might find a knowledgable smith who could disassemble the triggers and do some honing and stoning. Not sure if anyone makes a replacement trigger or not anymore? I think Canjar used to make one, but they are pretty high priced. Maybe someone else can help with more info.
