Marlin model 30tk

Do anyone have any info on this rifle. I have not seen it yet but am told it has a straight carbine type stock and a 1/2 mag in 30/30.
Any info and possible value.

  I have a Model 30 MARLIN. Its a "plain jane" basic rifle. I believe the barrel is about 18 and a half. I bought it many years (15?)ago at K-mart. 189.00 I seem to recall. Its one of my favorite rifles. The short barrel and half mag make it very tidy to carry. Very same Marlin action as in the 336. John

  I think yours is a Marlin / Glenfield model 30 isn't it? This is a Marlin.
