Remington 1100 Limited Edition?
Hi everyone I got a little problem here. I have a Remington 1100 Limited Edition that is gold plated and all that good stuff. It has been given to me by my Uncle. He bought it quite a few years ago for $1,800.00 Canadian (yes I live in Canada). He also tells me there was only 3000 made. This certain model does not appear to be a Limited Edition for Ducks Unlimited or any organisation like that and I have tried unsuccessfully to find out from Remington what type of Limited Edition this is. Can anyone help me in finding this out and maybe a value on it? It is in the original box that it came with and of course has never seen outdoors or been fired. I bought a Remington 1100 Magnum 30" ventilated barrel 22 years ago and looks almost new. It's a great gun.
Went hunting once with it at that was it. I quit hunting.

I have another one that I use besides the LE, it was also given to me by my Uncle as he was getting too old to get out. Been using it for 10 years and don't plan on replacing it. 0
