Sounds reasonable enough. When buying scopes I place them in this order of quality, Leupold, Burris, B&L(pre-Bushnell) and then the trascos.

If you don't buy it, I'd like to. Please let me know where.

Personally will take most any Burris over a Leupold, and quite a few other optics companies, any day.

Matter of fact, just got back from Burris, the Burris Signature off my 7mm-08 carbine that fell about 13 feet as I was lowering it from my tree stand. Sling strap clip broke during anterless season.
Saw it hit on the muzzle, twist and land on the scope!!!!! OUCH.
Rear lens was replaced. Only $32. Wasn't the scopes fault.

Drove down the mountain to a public range, test fired it. High, and to the right. But after 6 shots, it still stayed at the same basic spot. Surprised to say the least.
Didn't make any adjustments thinking it might screw something else up. Leave well enough alone. Just change my POA.
Shot three doe last year. Then put the rifle away till October, when I remembered that the scope was off. Then, forgot to send it till late November.

so, this year, put on a Swaroski. Here's why.
Last year, sat out on the patio at 10 PM, and early morning looking thru Leupold VXIII, Zeiss Diavari, Swarovski, Schmidt & Bender, Nikon Monarch, Meopta 2000, IOR, Bausch & Lomb, Tasco Titan-Euro Series, and Burris Signature.

Burris, Swarovski, and Schmidt & Bender all by themselves. Color better on the Swarovski, and S & Bender. But couldn't see things any better between them.

Burris cost about 60% less than Swarovski, and 80% less than S&B which is a much more technically built, and sturdier scope.
I was also looking for lower weight than the S&B.

So, far this year haven't had a decent shot. Maybe I should change scopes?

    Happy Bullet Holes!
