Is it legal to ship high capacity mags to Sweden?

  Does anyone know if it is illegal to own high capacity magazines in California? I have a 30 round and a 15 round magazine for an M1 Carbine.

  At the present time there are only four states which have magazine capacity restrictions: CALIFORNIA- 10 rounds on all magazines, HAWAII-10 rounds on handgun magazines, Maryland- 20 rounds on all magazines, and New Jersey- 15 rounds (only applies to magazines for semi- automatic firearms). Most of these states (like California) have exemptions for sales to law enforcement personel, licensed firearms dealers, and other "qualified individuals". I am not aware of any ban in effect in Massachusetts at this time, but residents of that state could give you the final say so on this.
