reloading 410 shotshells

i remember ddhotbot and others who had saiga 410 shotguns had been working on custom fun loads..what was the result?

i am looking to get started relaoding and am looking for info on reloading shotshells, presses and safety about relaoding. does anyone have a site that would point me in the right direction?

has anyone used 303 brass to construct brass 410 shotshells? i read a bit about this but was wondering the "real deal".

any and all help is appreciated.

  Somewhere around here I have an old (1960's) Guns and Ammo, with an article on making 410 shotshells from 444 marlin brass. I don't know about using 303's. It seems to me a tapered bottle necked case would be too big a pain in the butt.

  Woodsrunner is correct,make cartridges from 444 Marlin brass as the Marlin case is nearly the same thing as the old 410 bore brass case. Cases can also be made from .30-40 Krag brass by blowing it out to a straight case then triming to length and reducing the rim,but it is a lot of work and you will lose a few cases along the way.
