kessler arms bolt action 12 gauge

I recently inherited a kessler arms 12 gauge bolt action shot gun. It is in excellent shape. It seems no one has ever heard of this arms manufacturer. The only the I have found is that the company manufactured weapons from 1951 through 1953. I have no idea of the value or history of this firearm. It is a very interesting firearm.
I have not found a serial number on it.
It has a full choke.
If any one can help I would appreciate it.

  I believe you are correct.Kessler made firearms from 1951 and 1953. They were located in Silver Creek New York. They made the bolt action you referred to and also a lever action shotgun. Doesn't seem to be a lot of collector interest, with values around $100 if very nice.

  we have two KESSLER shotguns at the shop. one is a bolt action 12 gauge, the other is a levermatic 16 gauge. they are functional guns, and good servicable field pieces. after they went out of buisness ruger bought there machine tools and all of there inventory, raw materials, and stock. these guns command little collector intrest, and value is in the $50.00-$100.00 range.
