The s&w model 627 8 shot magnum any reports on it? thanks

  I have an 8 shot model 627 that I use for revolver only matches such as the International Revolver Championship sponsored by Smith & Wesson. It shoots great and can handle specials or magnums with no problems.
  This model is made by the S&W performance center. The 6 shot 627 is made at the factory. I generally shoot only .38 spl in it since magnums are really not suitable for competition. They just came out with one in 38 super specifically for the competition crowd.
