need value on winchester commemorative

I have a Winchester model 94 Theodore Roosevelt rifle from 1969 new in the box. I had given it to my dad when they came out that year. A gun collector friend of mine has stored and cleaned it for us for several years. It is beautiful. It has all the papers in the box and the colorful sleeve over the box. The sleeve is only slightly scuffed because we never covered it, but it is still beautiful. Can a collector please tell me what its value is today. I think my dad may have fired it once but my husband says he dosen't think he ever did.

  According to S.P. Fjestad's BLUE BOOK OF GUN VALUES, the best reference guide that we have, it would retail for $450 if it is unfired. If it has been fired - even once - that could drop the value by $100-200.
