USP .45 V1 UPDATE II
quote:
Bought this thing a couple of months ago, still can't get it to print on paper, all my shots are low. 1st time I took it shooting, had a jam on last round. I was hoping that it was a bad grip (eg. limp wrist issue) nope happened again, tried different magazines, that seemed to work for now. I still can't get used to the trigger, aweful in single, horrible in double! Has all these interesting features but they really don't work too well. For instance that factory ambi mag release is horrible, gets caught on my middle finger.
Talked to a buddy who had one, he sold it declaring it a jam-a-matic. I let another friend shoot it, ofcourse he put all 10 shots in the bullseye.
I wish I kept that Glock 21. I'm ready to give up and try to trade it off. I'm not sure I want to install a match trigger on it at this point. Any thoughts on this?
Update,
Traded USP back for my original Glock 21. Have been shooting bullzeyes with it. Not a jam ever w/the Glock. Distance makes the heart grow fonder.

I'm not at all surprised you are happy with the Glock. Both companies make awesome guns, but not everyone finds them equally appealing or shootable.
Don't let this turn you off to trying other guns, but you probably know that the Glock is a keeper.

I'm holding on to this one for good now.

Probably just one bad apple. Haven't had a single problem with mine. 0 -
Probably not the gun probably just me. But kinda blows the whole HK enjoyment for me.
