winchester 1400 20 ga

The local pawn shop has a winchester 1400 20 ga. with one chock tube. It looks in good shape action is smooth. What is it worth and is there any size of load that it won't cycle? It would be used for upland game by my son. Would I be better off getting a new 20 ga browning gold instead? Thank you Jinxer

  What barrels will fit on a winchester 1400 20 ga need to replace a barrel. Any information you can give me would be greatly apreciated.

  For the last 15 yrs. or so I have owned a Win. 1400 12, yes make sure you see that 12 ga. Have had no problems with it, smooth shooting, nice working action and a great quail gun with my improved cyl. choke. Good luck, and happy hunting.
