    Leatherwood ART's were 1st generation range finding scopes. Be a waste of money on a muzzleloader, if that's your intention. Depending on the flavour of muzzle loader, so is a red dot. The dot covers too much of the target at 100 or so yards.
    If it's one of the new in-line muzzle loaders, put a low magnification scope with the reticle you like best on it. You don't get enough effective range to bother with a high magnification scope. 4X or less will do.
