Hello! I'm selling a Luger in auction and a fellow from Italy e-mails me asking for permission to take part in the auction. I've already informed the gentleman he cannot take part in the auction, but I am curious if anyone here has ever had any experience in international transactions. Thank you. -Cole

  Ditto what Saxon says. I looked into it when I received a very generous offer on a set of Colt revolvers from a man in France. Way tooo much paper work and time involved to export.
