Rifle shipped via USPS

A rifle I bought has been shipped to my FFL by way of United States Postal Service. Is that Legal?

  Long guns can legally be shipped by USPS.

  We have a form filled out that the local Post Office keeps on file that allows us to ship via US mail.
  The form is only for FFL holders but sure makes it cheaper to ship.

  YOU CAN ALSO SHIP HANGUNS BY USPS BUT IT HAS TO BE FFL TO FFL

  A person without an FFL can ship a long-gun through the USPS, as long as it is going TO an FFL.
  
  The gene pool needs chlorine.
