red dot or scope?
on a bushmaster 223 at 100 yards would a aim point red dot be as accurate as a scope many thanks

I put on a Tarus 44 mag pistol not a very expensive one the tasco I believe the dot is not very uniform still managed a football size group at 200 with a two hand hold resting on a sandbag. 0 -
range the answer to your question is NO, reason being that with a reddot you have no magnification and usually a 3 or 4 inch moa dot, but with, let say a 3 x 9 scope you can crank it up and really see what you're shooting at, if you're talking shooting for group size then go with a good scope , if you want fast target aquisition then use the reddot 0
