I have a Remington model 40-x in near mint condition the stock has been recently re done is absolutely gorgeous it has redfield Olympic sights and is stamped property of USMC. What is something like this worth. Honestly worth.

  My Guess If it is a Single shot about $1800.00, just a guess. USMC? Was it a Comp. Rifle in the USMC?. The price now on a New Rem 40-X is about $2000.00 (Depending on your goodys). I love mine Most accurate rifle I have ever had. Is the barrel tapped for a scope? does it have a 27"+ SS BBL?
