? about C @ R License

I am selling a M1 Garand and a prospective customer wants to know if I can ship to a C@R License. I am not a dealer and am not familiar with this. Can anyone help?

  Not a problem, as long as the rifle is IN IT'S ORIGINAL MILITARY CONFIGURATION. It has to be USGI manufacture (Springfield Armory, Winchester, Harrington & Richardson, or International Harvester) and all parts must be USGI, and it must be unaltered (no sporter stock, caliber conversion, etc.)
  
  You must have an ink-signed copy of the recipient's C&R license, and you must send it to the address shown on the license.
