Browning gold / Remington 1187

I am thinking about buying a new slug gun! What are your views on these two models? I can't seem to make up my mind.

  I do not know much about how these particular shotguns shoot with slugs. I have used both shotguns for small game hunting and clay busting. I am partial to the Browning Gold because I like the heavier forward feel it has and I prefer the Remington 1100 to he 1187. Both guns are of excellent quality. Pick the one that fits and feels best to you.
