Browning A-bolt value

My bud is selling his A-bolt hunter in 300 Win Mag, with a 3.5-10 Leupold Vari-X 3, 2 mags,sling and case. 600 sound fair?
Condition seems very good.

  Fair to buy, if you're offering might be a bit low. The scope is high dollar.
