Does anyone have any experience converting a Rem 788 to 6MM PPC?

  I have never reloaded before. What do I need to fabricate a 6mm PPC--assuming I have no equipment?

  whats the current caliber of the rifle. the boltface must be capable of grabbing that case, and you will most likely need to re-barrel the action. A new magazine may also be needed depending on the current caliber.
