I believe IMHO a 22-250 would come close in a Ruger Model 77.Or the .308 is also very accurate but I would opt for a Ruger or a Remington.

300 Winchester Mag in a trued up Rem 40X single shot action or Stolle action.
I love my M14 clones but they are not as accurate as a bolt gun in any shape, form or fashion.Even those dang ARs outshoot them.

Nesika Bay action, 300wthby with a tight neck, mcmillan stock, jewell trigger, nightforce glass.

If it has to be factory, then I would true up a 700remington action (sendero) and go with a 300win mag or 300um. Unless a rifle ordered form Mcmillan is OK, then that would be the choice .

    I'm a man,....but I can change,.....If I have to,......I guess.

For true long range shooting for effect, forget the small calibers, 22-250, 223 etc. You need a bullet with sufficient mass to carry
energy downrange. Why do you think that the 50BMG is the choice for ranges to 1500 meters and beyond? As for accuracy, a premium barrel
from a top maker, properly fitted to a blueprinted (remachined, trued)
Remington or other modern, quality action, correctly bedded in a good
synthetic stock designed for the task, will provide more intrinsic
accuracy than most anyone can actually use. The 308 Win is at the bottom end of the caliber lis for this application. Training, PRACTICE and mindset are far more important than hairsplitting discussions about equipment. Hathcock did far more with a lot less.
Shoot before they see the whites of your eyes!
P.S. Love your animation, but keep your rifle shouldered while
    working the bolt!

I'd have to think that one of the super power proprietary cartridges on a custom gun would do best if you are really serious.
