Why would you need an FFL for this?
Check out auction #6240433. Is this fellow confused about airgun laws or have there been changes I'm not aware of?

HEY THERE
I UNDERSTAND FROM AN AD ON GUN BROKER THAT A NEW JERSEY LAW SAY'S
ALL GUNS (BB,PELET,ECT. MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL,I'M AN FFL IN MARYLAND AND THANK GOD WE DON'T HAVE IT QUITE AS BAD.
GOOD LUCK0 -
I agree with Mr Pig & Dr Bob.
However, if you intend to make money selling guns or gun-related items on the auctions, and you're concerned about violating local laws, you need to get a copy of State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearms (ATF P5300.5); you state in your listing "Can only be shipped where legal", and you look up the law in the buyer's state.
Who is going to buy a dirty, beat-up BB gun if he is going to have to pay for shipping AND for an FFL to accept it?
