SW 640..what frame?

Looking for a set of grips. What frame is on the SW 604?

Is there any where to look that will tell what frames are for what models SW?

  4000, the 640 is built on a "J" frame and the Centennial's are fine compact handguns. I own more than a few and like them. You might call CDNN @ 800-588-9500 and ask about stocks which they still have available- both wood and rubber. I piled in enough extra stocks to outfit my entire S&W and Colt collection, at near give-away prices! I am sure there are plenty of books out there which can break down the frame size to model number...I just happen to have most commited to memmory.
