Richland Arms 10 gauge?

Can anyone suggest a value of a Richland Arms 10gauge over and under.A friend passed away and I would like to purchase it from his widow.I want to be fair with her.The shotgun is in very good condition.

  Richland must have gone out of business quite a while back.
  I'd like to know if anyone's importing those shotguns now.
  Also like to know if anyone has or know of a source for a complete fore end for a Richland Bost Magnum 12 ga.
