Value of a S&W model 57

A local gunshop has a real nice blued .41 cal mag Model 57, serial N453xxx, 6" with a wood presentation box, cleaning rod and all original papers on consignment for 399.99. It has a faint cylinder ring drag line. Can I please impose upon those more familiar with value, to tell me if this is a fair price? Since it is a con- signment piece how much is the usual fee? so I can judge if there is or isn't wiggle room in the asking price?
