Dreams: Marlin 45/70 SS; .338 short magnum
Does anyone have any insight as to when Marlin will produce a full-length Model 1895 action in SS?
How about a commercial (or readily fire-formed) .338 short magnum cartridge? Also, need a short-action receiver with a bolt head in the proper dimemsion to handle the parent case (404 Jefferies, or similar).
The SHOT show is just around the corner...I am hoping someone has heard a 'leak'.
