HESS'S 50 Cal.

Anyone buy a 50 caliber action from Hess arms. I was wanting to know that is the action complete. I called them and they said that it had a bolt & the action, don't know if the bolt is all there. We have a barrel, trigger, & a stock. Thanks 338
