Need trigger work on Sig 220. Anyone?
Have been looking for a gunsmith here in california. No one seems qualified or wants to refer anyone? I would send it out of state. Help.

Teddy Jacobsen of Sugarland, Texas gets very high marks for his trigger work on SIGs at the SIG discussion board - www.sigforum.com -
His web-site is www.actionsbyT.com and he will answer questions by phone and by e-mail. Very courteous guy and quite fair prices.
If you prefer to keep your gun in-state Tony Jimalkas works on many a-SIG and is w/in Cali. I believe his site is http://www.tjscustomgunworks.com/ . He is slightly more expensive, but I have a 220 tuned by him that has been my carry gun for several years.

SIGs triggers tend to smooth themselves out over time. I like my SIGs pretty much as they are. Some SIGs are not as well tuned as others are.
Any really competent smith can do a trigger. Ask your local guy if he works on SIGs. You might also contact SIG for a recommendation.

I rember Novak used to offer different levels of work on SIG pistols. They're widely known for the quality of work but their prices weren't bad.
