anyone have any thoughts of the M1A supermatch as a long range precision rifle? what about the caliber? 7.62x51. what about a scope?, should i go with the fixed 10x like the USMC M40A3 uses? or something else?

Check SGN. I just threw out my last copy, so I can't give you any direct references, but you'll find at least one or two trigger specialists advertising in every issue.

    For what it's worth.

Starting this year, you can also get the M25 whitefeather adjustable trigger group from springfield.

    I'm a man,....but I can change,.....If I have to,......I guess.

Derrick Martin at Accuracy Arms offers two versions, a 4.5lb trigger for service rifle and a 2.5lb trigger for the hell of it...

Talk to some HighPower shooters and go to their Websites.
There are lots of good folks who can put a slick trigger on a Garand or a M14 clone.
