HELP ID, this AR15

I know this is a PRE-BAN, Above the trigger is says [ E.A. Co. Kr. Spr. LA ] Then on the Mag well [ cal.223-5.56 MOD:J-15 EA.6xxx I cant find it in any books, HELP!

  IGB - I'm pretty sure that E.A. is Essential Arms and if it is, all are pre-ban
