I purchased a beautiful engraved side-by-side shotgun while overseas. Just got the paperwork back from ATF and got the gun home. While the wife loves the design, she doesn't like my idea of displaying it over the fireplace. It's too nice to sit in the closet with my other guns...so I'm going to try and sell it on here (but if it doesn't sell, I sure wouldn't be upset!). Anyway...the question is: Is it really that easy to sell and ship? I'm in Florida, and I sure as hell don't want the ATF busting down the door! Thanx! Just wanted to get the advice of someone who has actully used this auction site before.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but the one where I thought it should go is more just like rantings and ravings!

  Its perfectly legal as long as you ship the gun to the Buyer's FFL.And there they transfer it over to the buyer,just like buying any gun.I have to also say GB is the best Auction site on the web.
